Custom Order Policy

At RBS Customs, LLC, many of our products are made specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our printing services, the following policy applies to all custom orders.

By placing a custom order with RBS Customs, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Artwork Approval

Before production begins, customers may receive a design proof or digital mockup for approval.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof for:

  • Spelling and wording

  • Design placement

  • Colors

  • Sizes and quantities

Once the proof is approved and production begins, RBS Customs, LLC is not responsible for any errors that were approved by the customer.


Customer Submitted Artwork

Customers submitting their own artwork confirm that:

  • They own the rights to the artwork, or

  • They have permission to reproduce the artwork

RBS Customs, LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from artwork provided by customers.

By submitting artwork, you agree to hold RBS Customs harmless from any legal claims related to intellectual property.


Color Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on screens due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Fabric materials

  • Printing methods

  • Ink absorption

  • Lighting conditions

These variations are considered normal in the printing industry and are not considered defects.


Garment and Product Variations

Because many of our products involve textiles and specialty materials:

  • Slight shade differences between garment batches may occur

  • Product measurements may vary slightly based on manufacturer specifications

These variations are standard and do not qualify for refunds.


Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes when placing orders.

Sizing charts are provided when available, and customers should review them before ordering.

RBS Customs is not responsible for sizing issues once items have been produced.


Production Time

Production time varies depending on:

  • Order size

  • Product availability

  • Artwork complexity

  • Seasonal demand

Production will begin once:

  • Payment has been received

  • Artwork has been approved (if applicable)

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.


Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer:

All custom orders are final sale.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was produced

  • The error was caused by RBS Customs

All claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.


Design Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Custom designs created by RBS Customs, LLC remain the intellectual property of RBS Customs

  • Customers receive the final printed product but not editable design files

Requests for design files may require an additional fee.


Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate order details

  • Carefully review design proofs before approval

  • Respond promptly to approval requests to avoid production delays

Failure to approve artwork may delay order completion.


Limitation of Liability

RBS Customs, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer

  • Errors approved by the customer

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Delays caused by incomplete artwork or approvals

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
