Print Quality Expectations
At RBS Customs, we use professional printing methods including Direct-to-Film (DTF), embroidery, vinyl printing, and other apparel decoration techniques.
While we strive for consistent, high-quality results, the following may occur as part of normal production:
-
Slight color variations between digital designs and printed garments
-
Minor placement variations (typically within 0.5–1 inch)
-
Slight texture differences depending on fabric type
-
Ink absorption differences across different garment materials
These variations are normal in the apparel printing industry and are not considered defects.
DTF Print Characteristics
DTF prints may have certain characteristics that are standard for this printing method, including:
-
Slight texture on the surface of the print
-
Slight shine or matte finish depending on lighting
-
Minor edge outlines from the transfer process
These characteristics are normal and do not affect the durability of the print.
