Shipping policy

This Shipping & Production Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and shipped by RBS Customs, LLC.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed during normal business hours.

Standard processing time:
2–5 business days for most orders.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Order size

  • Product availability

  • Design complexity

  • Custom artwork preparation

  • Seasonal demand

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Production Time for Custom Orders

Because many of our products are custom printed, production time is required before shipping.

Typical production times:

Custom Apparel Printing

  • 2–5 business days

DTF Transfers

  • 1–3 business days

Embroidery Orders

  • 3–7 business days

Large or Bulk Orders

  • Production times may vary and will be communicated after order confirmation.

Production begins once:

  • Payment has been received

  • Artwork has been approved (if applicable)


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Typical shipping estimates:

Standard Shipping:
2–5 business days

Expedited Shipping:
1–3 business days

Shipping times begin after production is completed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Address changes may only be possible before shipment

RBS Customs, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

RBS Customs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday shipping delays

  • Incorrect addresses

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

Local pickup may be available at:

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited. Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional fees required by their country
