Estimated timing

Usually 3–5 business days for artwork services and 5–7 for new logos, after payment and complete details. Revisions can extend completion.

Cleanup, recreation and digitizing need existing artwork. You may start with a written request, but work begins after we receive the necessary files and details.

We send a proof for your feedback and included revisions.
After approval, we email your finished files.

Detailed illustrations, extra concepts, additional layouts and specialty embroidery may need a custom quote. We agree on any extra cost—or cancellation—before starting work outside your package.

One supplied image: background removal, minor edge cleanup or a simple color adjustment. Includes 1 revision round. Rebuilding a logo or adding a new layout is a separate service.

Print-Ready File Preparation

One existing design prepared at one finished size for one print method. Includes sizing, basic layout checks and 1 revision round. New design work and embroidery digitizing are separate.

Vectorizing / Logo Cleanup

Convert one simple, readable existing logo into clean vector artwork. Includes 1 revision round. Detailed illustrations, severely damaged references and major rebuilding require a quote.

Logo Recreation

Rebuild one standard existing logo from a screenshot, business card, shirt or sign. Includes 2 revision rounds. Intricate illustrations and references with missing details require a quote.

Embroidery Digitizing - Basic

One text-only or simple design at one specified size, placement and fabric type. Includes 1 revision round. Select Standard for a typical multi-element logo; specialty and oversized designs require review.

Embroidery Digitizing - Standard

One standard logo of moderate complexity at one specified size, placement and fabric type. Includes 1 revision round. Highly detailed artwork, puff and oversized embroidery require a quote.

Embroidery Digitizing - Complex

One detailed logo at one specified size, placement and fabric type. Includes 1 revision round. Intricate illustrations, large jacket backs and specialty techniques are reviewed before work; any extra cost requires your approval.

Custom Graphic / Memorial Design

One layout for a memorial, birthday, reunion, team, business or event. Includes up to 3 supplied photos, your wording and 2 revision rounds. Additional layouts and custom illustration require a quote.

AI-Assisted Logo Design

Two AI-assisted starting concepts with human cleanup and refinement. Choose one concept for the finished logo. Includes 2 revision rounds. Vector conversion is separate; AI imagery may not be exclusive.

Logo Design - Basic

One new logo concept based on your business and ideas, with 2 revision rounds. Best for a straightforward brand mark or wordmark.

Logo Design - Standard

Two to three new logo concepts; choose one direction for refinement. Includes 3 revision rounds and a social profile version of the approved logo.

Before you get started

Can I order just the artwork?

Yes. These services can be purchased on their own. Printing, garments, signs and embroidery production are separate purchases. Your final files are delivered by email after approval; this is not an instant download.

What is the difference between cleanup and design work?

Basic cleanup makes small improvements to an existing image, such as removing a background or fixing an edge. Vectorizing redraws a readable logo as scalable artwork. Recreation rebuilds an existing logo from a reference. A new logo, memorial layout or event graphic is design work. If basic preparation is already included in your print order, contact us before purchasing it again.

How do revisions and additional work work?

Each package lists its included revision rounds. One round is a single, consolidated list of adjustments to the selected design. A new concept, extra layout or change of brief is additional work and is quoted before we proceed. Corrections to an RBS error do not use your revision allowance.

Will every service include vector or embroidery files?

No. Vectorizing and standard logo recreation include SVG, vector PDF and PNG. Photo-based graphics and AI-assisted logo packages have their own listed formats. DST files are included only with digitizing. Choose Logo Design – Standard when you need a new logo with vector files.
