Cancellation policy

At RBS Customs, LLC, we take pride in providing custom printing services and products made specifically for each customer. Because many of our items are custom-made or produced on demand, our cancellation policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting production costs.

Please review the following cancellation policy carefully.


Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

If a cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Orders Already in Production

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel printing

  • Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers

  • Embroidery orders

  • Vinyl or decal production

  • Custom design services

Because these products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot reverse the manufacturing process once it has begun.


Custom Design Work

If design work has already begun on a custom order:

  • Design fees may not be refundable

  • Cancellation may result in partial refunds only

This helps cover time spent on artwork preparation, design, and setup.


Same-Day or Rush Orders

Orders placed with rush production or same-day service may not be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.


How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name used for the order

  • Reason for cancellation

Refund Processing

If a cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.


Order Changes Instead of Cancellation

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to assist with:

  • Changing sizes

  • Updating design details

  • Adjusting quantities

  • Updating shipping information

Fraud Prevention

RBS Customs, LLC reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Abuse of refund policies

  • Suspicious purchasing behavior
