Group Fulfillment & Dedicated Ordering Link

One link. Every order handled. RBS Customs makes group ordering simple for business uniforms and merchandise, school clubs, team apparel and fan gear, church staff shirts, family reunions and large groups.

One-time setup: $75

Includes a dedicated ordering link for up to 3 products and one revision. Your organizer and RBS agree on the products and pricing before the link launches. Products and shipping are purchased separately.

  • Each person chooses their items, sizes and options, places an order and pays directly.
  • RBS manages production and fulfillment. Organizer updates are available on request.
  • No minimum order quantity for group participants.
  • Choose individual shipping or pickup, or consolidated group pickup or delivery. Each person's order is individually packed and identified, including orders inside a larger group package.

Production & shipping

Standard production is 2-3 business days after payment, artwork approval and stock confirmation. For groups with a closing date, production begins after the ordering window closes. Shipping transit time depends on destination.

Customers pay shipping unless their eligible individual merchandise order is over $99 after discounts. Free standard shipping applies to one contiguous U.S. address; oversized items are excluded. Group delivery arrangements are confirmed with the organizer.

Existing group-hosting benefits

Your personalized link can be hosted for up to one year. Custom mockups and shirt designs are included within the agreed setup scope. The organizer receives one complimentary shirt through a supplied coupon code. Additional designs, products or revisions are quoted separately.

This purchase covers setup and hosting. It does not include the group's merchandise. Setup service is not eligible for additional promotions.
