Live Event Pressing & T-Shirt Printing Packages

Make your event an experience. RBS Customs travels to indoor and outdoor events with garments, equipment and staff. Your chosen package determines the apparel supplied.

Live pressing packages

  • Small Event - $1,495: 50 basic tees and up to 3 hours of live pressing.
  • Signature Event - $2,295: 100 Gildan G8000 DryBlend tees and up to 4 hours.
  • Premium Event - $2,945: 100 Bella+Canvas premium tees and up to 4 hours.

Live packages include two staff, setup and breakdown, approved designs, and one standard full-color DTF print location per shirt. Base garment pricing covers sizes S-XL. Confirm the venue, travel scope, artwork and size breakdown with RBS before booking. Additional sizes, travel and customization are quoted separately.

Organizer-funded service

The organizer pays for the service and agreed garment quantity, similar to booking catering. RBS can collect guest payments on the organizer's behalf using the organizer's provided POS, Zelle link or Cash App link. Guest sales do not replace the organizer's agreed package commitment.

Booking payment is 50%, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Listed prices are full package totals. Contact RBS to confirm your date and arrange a deposit before ordering. An online full-price purchase pays the package in full. Final event requirements and production details must be confirmed before production.

Pre-produced options

  • 100 Bella+Canvas premium shirts - $1,899: full-color DTF printing, quality checking, folding and packing.
  • 100 Gildan G8000 DryBlend shirts - $1,399: full-color DTF printing, quality checking, folding and packing.

Pre-produced options do not include on-site event pressing. Optional individual bagging with a size label is $0.75 per shirt ($75 per 100). Sizes above XL may incur an additional charge.
