Production & Turnaround Policy

At RBS Customs, LLC, many of our products are custom-made and require production time before they are shipped or ready for pickup. This Production & Turnaround Policy explains how our production process works and what customers can expect regarding order completion.


Production Time vs Shipping Time

It is important to understand that production time and shipping time are separate.

  • Production Time refers to the time required to create your order.

  • Shipping Time refers to the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your order after it leaves our facility.

Shipping estimates do not include production time.


Standard Production Times

Typical production times for our services are as follows:

DTF Transfers
1–3 business days

Custom Apparel Printing
2–5 business days

Embroidery Orders
3–7 business days

Large or Bulk Orders
Production time may vary depending on order size and product availability.

Production timelines begin once:

  • Payment has been received

  • Artwork has been approved (if applicable)


Artwork Approval Delays

If a design proof or artwork approval is required, production will not begin until approval is received.

Delays in responding to artwork approvals may delay order completion.


Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on workload and production capacity.

Rush orders may require:

  • Additional rush fees

  • Limited design changes

  • Immediate artwork approval

Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.


Business Days

Production times are calculated in business days, which include:

Monday – Friday

Business days do not include:

  • Weekends

  • Holidays

  • Store closures


High Volume Periods

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, production times may increase due to higher order volumes.

Customers will be notified if extended production times apply.


Order Completion Notification

Customers will receive a notification when their order is:

  • Ready for pickup
    or

  • Shipped with tracking information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once a shipment is created.


Order Changes During Production

Once production has started, order changes may not be possible.

If changes are requested before production begins, we will do our best to accommodate them.


Delays Beyond Our Control

RBS Customs is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including:

  • Supplier shortages

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Technical equipment issues

If delays occur, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
